Welcome Galah Press fans and readers! I am Karima and along with my mother Sivine, we run Sunday Kitchen, an intimate Lebanese cooking workshop in the beautiful Burnt Butter studios in Rosebery. Our menus are inspired by the moorish weekend lunches Mum would prepare for our family growing up, spreads that will inspire you to source beautiful authentic ingredients, gather your loved ones and cook from the heart. To celebrate Mother’s Day coming up we are giving the Galah Press community an opportunity to bring a special someone to our Sunday Kitchen Lamb session, on Saturday 20th May, 2023.
